- Your content may be accessed only by authorised coaches and system administrators.
We will not publish or share your content publicly without your consent.
5. Coaching & Information Disclaimer
The information provided through the Service is intended for general golf instruction and improvement.
You understand and agree that:
- Results may vary for each individual;
- Your improvement depends on your own practice and physical conditioning;
- We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (e.g., lower scores, handicap changes).
Any suggestions regarding physical movement or drills are followed at your own risk. Please consult a medical professional if you have health concerns.
6. Payments & Billing
Access to certain features may require payment.
By purchasing a coaching package or subscription, you agree to:
- Provide valid payment information;
- Authorise charges to your selected payment method;
- Accept any applicable processing fees.
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy (if applicable).
7. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Service, including:
- Coaching videos, voiceovers, drills, and analysis;
