These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Global Golf Coach mobile app and websites (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The service
Global Golf Coach connects golfers with PGA-qualified coaches. You can upload swing videos and receive feedback, drills, and other coaching content from your coach or academy.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or coach.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
- Upload content that is offensive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- Misuse other users’ content or personal information.
Your content
You keep ownership of the swing videos and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service and deliver coaching feedback to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
Coaching content is guidance only
Coaching feedback, drills, and other content provided through the Service are for general guidance and improvement of your golf game. They are not professional, medical, or fitness advice. Always use your own judgement and consult an appropriate professional before starting any new physical activity if you have any health concerns.
Payments and credits
Some features of the Service may use credits or paid plans. Where payment applies, the relevant pricing and terms will be shown to you before you buy. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the related service has been provided.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Service and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
